The most common type of deck built here in Oregon. We use pressure treated framing to meet Oregon code and use 2x6 or 2x4 decking boards or a combination of both. We use 3 1/2" rust proof screws to fasten the deck boards down. All decks come with fascia so the outside pressure treated rim joist is not exposed. It truly is a complete package. (no hidden fees)
