Our deck was in need of repair and updating. Looking on Craigslist for a contractor, I called Micah with Stellar Construction and a few other contractors for bids. Micah responded quickly and professionally, showing up that evening at my home for a look and to put a bid on the project. I was greatly impressed by his manner, professionalism and knowledge. Micah asked what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend and when I wanted the job to be completed.
After we agreed on the project, Micah showed up at the appointed day and time and started the job. Within the stated 3-4 days, the job was done and the outcome was a WOW! He stayed within budget and on time. He worked with us to have the damage from the previous owner corrected and actually improved upon it. Our deck is a show piece of our home. What was there before just wasn't complete... it was missing something. Micah and Stellar Construction made the deck what it should have been in the first place.... an outside living space made to last for many years.
By the way, the other contractors I called for this project? One showed up an hour late with liquor on his breath and never followed through with a bid and the other just never showed up!
